Healing the Connections - Video

Rongoā Maori, the practise of ancient Maori plant medicine, was banned for 55 years.

Recent initiatives teach people how to identify, collect and protect native plants.

”The main focus is healing the connections that enable people to be well. The first connection of course is the connection to the earth. The second set of connections is our connection to the world to which we belong to, and the things that make us who we are. “
